We told ya so...
...while the media have given every possible encouragement to governments to commit national economic suicide, and while they have parrotted every greenpeace sob and scare story, many scientists, politicians and members of the public have remained unimpressed. A few politicians such as Julia Gillard and Bob Brown in Australia have written their names in the great book of lunacy by committing their governments to (short term) economic ruin in the name of saving the planet...
