We told ya so...

From the latest (deep green) Ecology magazine re the upcoming Durban environmental summit headlined ...
"Durban climate summit: is it time to forget about 2 degrees of warming?...Led by political academics, there is an emerging consensus that it is time to drop idealistic hopes of an all-encompassing and workable global deal...The summits in Copenhagen and Cancun continued what a number of observers believe is a forlorn quest to get the major polluting countries to agree a legally binding greenhouse gas emission reduction deal.‘We’ve been doing the same kind of approach for 20 years now, and it’s going nowhere’..."
